Our dental team require you to attend appointments when they're booked, to pay promptly and to maintain your oral hygiene when you are away from our practice.
To attend appointments promptly and if you are unable to keep your appointment to let us know as soon as possible.(we reserve the right to charge for non-attendance with less than 48 hours notice, in accordance with the Practice appointment policy).
To pay for treatment when requested, which unless otherwise arranged, will be at the time of your visit.
To attend for regular oral health screenings at the required intervals and to care for your dental work, using the techniques we have shown you.
