Your First Visit
Spring Grove would appreciate it if you could arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow us to confirm personal details and have you complete a medical questionnaire.
You will then be given a full smile consultation where Dr Cunningham will talk through any specific concerns you may have and your wishes for the future. After a thorough examination using the latest state of the art digital imaging and x-ray system, your treatment options will be discussed and you can then decide how you would like to proceed.
Once a treatment plan has been finalised an estimate will be provided.
