"Hi my name is Chris Penman, and I came to spring grove originally because I am getting married this year and what I wanted for my wedding was to be able to smile in my photographs. My teeth originally were in a very, very bad state and I would always smile with my mouth closed so nobody could see them, I was really embarrassed with them so I thought I would spend a little money, get them sorted so I could smile properly on my big day.

At the moment my smile makeover is probably about 80% there. The teeth I have at the moment are temporary one's which Dave made here at Spring Grove Clinic. And although my smile is not finished yet these temporaries are a million times better than what I had already. I am smiling, I am confident and I am absolutely certain that when my final teeth are put in place they will be absolutely perfect.

What I like about Spring Grove is that Dave and the team have thought about the little things about why people don't like going to the dentists and taken pains to remove each of them. They've thought about the dental chair, they've bought a nice, big comfy chair so you're relaxed when you get in there. When you get impressions taken they have impression material that tastes nice as opposed to what they have at every other dental clinic. When they anesthetise you they use a warm fluid which has been heated up so you are not sore the next day.

It's all of these tiny things which make this a very pleasant experience which is not something you would associate with going to the dentist. You turn up it's a nice relaxing place to be, there's coffee there's magazines, everybody's so friendly it's just a very very nice experience. "
