What We Expect
Our dental team requires you to attend appointments when they're booked, to pay promptly and to maintain your oral hygiene when you are away from our practice.
Please attend appointments promptly and if you are unable to keep your appointment to let us know as soon as possible - we may charge for non-attendence with less than 48 hours notice.
We ask you to pay for treatment when requested, which unless otherwise arranged, will be at the time of your visit and to attend for regular oral health screenings at the required intervals and to care for your dental work, using the techniques we have shown you.
